The Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) renewal questionnaire is now open.
Every law practice in Queensland must hold professional indemnity insurance. Managing partners have received correspondence that includes instructions on how to complete the PII questionnaire that determines your practice’s levy for 2024–25.
The questionnaire is online now. It must be completed no later than 5pm AEST 16 February 2024.
Please follow these steps to access and complete the questionnaire:
- Go to myQLS and click the Sign in link in the top menu
- Enter your email address and password
Once you have signed in:
- Go to the Notifications/tasks section. You will see the Complete professional indemnity insurance (PII) questionnaire task. Click Complete Now to start the questionnaire.
- Alternatively, go to the My practice section and click View/change PII questionnaire, click the blue arrow and then click on Start the PII questionnaire.
